PRIVACY
Your enquiry.
Handled with care.
Who handles your information
Adam Zaklukiewicz, operating as ZAKLUK DIGITAL, is the controller of information submitted through this website. Contact: hello@zakluk.com.
Enquiries and project discussions
We use your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry and, where requested, prepare a proposal or take steps before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other business correspondence and basic abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interests in communicating with potential clients and operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Company details, budget and deadline are optional. Providing information is voluntary, but we need an email address and project details to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Recipients and retention
Our hosting and email provider, LH.pl, processes website requests and enquiry emails. Authorised technical service providers may process information only as needed to deliver these services. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for unsolicited marketing.
We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to answer you and discuss a project. If a project proceeds, related records may be retained for contractual, accounting or legal obligations and the establishment or defence of claims. Technical logs and short-lived anti-abuse records are used for security.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to hello@zakluk.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
